Course Description

Welcome to the First Excellence ~ Module 2

As we continue to build a firm foundation by training in the fundamental teachings, we are taking as support the future Buddha Maitreya’s profound text The Supreme Continuity (Uttaratantraśāstra in Sanskrit), to learn about Buddha Nature, enlightenment, and the qualities of the Three Jewels. Moreover, we will contemplate the Four Noble Truths, the first teaching of the historical Buddha, within the context of the causes and effects of Samsara and Liberation.

About the Teachers

  • Tara's Triple Excellence Team

    The Tara’s Triple Excellence program was built and flourishes thanks to a small paid staff and a growing global team of over 70 volunteers who diligently work on translating, editing, narrating, and video-editing the TTE program into their respective languages, as well as supporting the various projects of the English-language team, such as managing, video-recording, and disseminating teachings and seminars of Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche and Drubpon Lama Tenzin Sangpo, both online and in person.
